At Mithra Trust, we believe that sports have the power to transform lives. For differently-abled individuals, sports can be a powerful tool for empowerment, providing opportunities for physical activity, social interaction, and personal growth. In this blog post, we'll explore the ways in which sports can empower differently-abled individuals and highlight some of the initiatives we're undertaking at Mithra Trust to promote inclusive sports.
